1. Digital Memberships
Memberships provide immediate access to digital content. Charges are generally non-refundable after access is activated, except where required by law or approved by Predict Edge Sports.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access normally remains active through the current paid billing period.
3. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
Contact support within seven days of a suspected error. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges may be corrected or refunded to the original payment method.
5. Technical Access Issues
If a technical issue prevents access, contact support promptly. We may restore access, extend membership, issue credit or provide a refund where appropriate.
